REPAIR SERVICE

By using the highest quality materials and our experienced craftsmanship, we aim to create sustainable and long-lasting jewelry that you can enjoy for a very long time. But what if your bracelet has broken after all, the clasp on your necklace is damaged or a knot comes undone?

 Don't worry, we'll be happy to help you with our repair service!

 For customers from the EU:

We even offer FREE REPAIRS for up to 6 months from the date of purchase.

After 6 months and for all customers outside the EU, we charge a small fee for materials, work and shipping (usually between 10-20€).

 

Please follow these steps to submit a repair request:

1. write an email to info@telawave.de, preferably with your order number, or the name with which the order was placed. If possible, please attach a photo and briefly describe what needs to be repaired.

2. if the order was placed more than 6 months ago, or if you live outside the EU, we will send you a cost estimate.

3. send us the jewelry safely packed (we also recommend sending it with tracking) to:

4. we need approx. 7 days for repairs. As soon as we send the repaired jewelry back to you, you will receive a notification with the tracking number
